All our products are custom-made to order based on the specifications provided by the customer. This includes size, colour, font, layout, materials, mounting options, and electrical requirements.
Before production begins, we provide a free 1-to-1 mock-up for approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm that all details are correct, including spelling, dimensions, colours, and orientation. Once the design is approved and production has commenced, no changes can be made.
Halaa Neon Signs is not responsible for errors approved by the customer during the design confirmation stage.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Quotes are valid for the period specified at the time of issue. Prices may change due to material costs, design complexity, or additional customer requests.
We reserve the right to amend pricing in the event of errors, omissions, or changes requested after the initial quote approval.
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. By submitting payment, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
We accept payment through approved payment gateways displayed on our website or provided during the quotation process. Halaa Neon Signs does not store your payment details.
Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
Production timelines vary depending on design complexity and order volume. Estimated production times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
We offer free shipping within Australia unless otherwise specified. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier services, and external factors beyond our control.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available. Halaa Neon Signs is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe handling and proper installation of the sign.
While our signs are designed for easy installation, we strongly recommend professional installation for larger, outdoor, or hard-wired signs. Halaa Neon Signs is not liable for damage or injury caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification of the product.
All LED neon signs come with a 2-Year Warranty, covering manufacturing defects and LED failure under normal usage conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage caused by mishandling or impact
Damage caused by improper installation
Electrical damage due to power surges or incorrect voltage
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs
Outdoor signs with optional IP67 waterproof protection must be installed and maintained according to provided guidelines for the warranty to remain valid.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
The product arrives damaged
The product is defective due to manufacturing fault
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence. We reserve the right to inspect and assess all claims before approving a resolution.
Order cancellations are not permitted once production has commenced.
All designs, mock-ups, images, text, and content displayed on our website remain the intellectual property of Halaa Neon Signs unless otherwise stated.
Customers confirm that any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material provided for custom signage are owned by them or used with proper authorisation. Halaa Neon Signs is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halaa Neon Signs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where applicable, consumers are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.
